Job Overview
Seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join a thriving outpatient counseling office. Work in the office and or Remotely via Telehealth.
This is an office Share opportunity with potential to earn more than the typical % split offered at most practices. Will provide Furnished office space and General Office Equipment, with support for Billing support, Telephone answering, Referrals & Scheduling.
Office is in a nice convenient, high traffic area with easy access for parking and a waiting room area.
Duties
Perform intakes, client assessments and diagnostic interviews; conducts mental health and substance use disorder assessments and monitors level of functioning.
Provide individual and family counseling.
Document and chart information about clients assessment, diagnostic criteria, individual service plans, progress notes, discharge summaries and other client related data or correspondence.
Submits billing reports as required.
Maintains all required licenses and training certifications for the position.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree with coursework in counseling, social work, MFT, or related field required.
- Current Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required
- A plus if you are credentialed with most major insurance companies.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $38,458.00 – $99,383.00 per year
