**Position requires full independent licensure with the state of OH or ability to obtain within 60 days.**
Position Summary:
The Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans
  • May conduct back up coverage group therapy sessions in assigned intensive program
  • May conduct outpatient group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards
  • May participate peer review of documentation
  • May provides clinical supervision as needed
  • Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice
  • Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public.
  • Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current Emily Program clients’ protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and Emily Program policy. Additionally, maintain confidentiality in any position with access to employee personal information.
  • Attends all required meetings per the Outpatient Meeting Structure document
  • May provide coverage for Intake Therapist
  • Complete all assigned mandatory trainings
  • May provide training coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
  • One year of clinical experience preferred

Workplace Requirements:

  • Sitting 70-75% and Standing 25-30%.
  • Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping or crouching when appropriate, on occasion.
  • Lift, carry, push or pull up to approx. 40 pounds (supplies, etc.)

Education
Required

  • Masters or better
