Job Overview

Dual Diagnosis Trauma focused treatment center located in Woodland Hills, California. We are currently in search of a part time and a full time clinician at our RTC/PHP/IOP programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide evidence-based treatment modalities that effectively produce change.
  • Ability to quickly develop trust and rapport.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of clients.
  • Respond to urgent requests or clinical crisis in an ethical and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client information, service delivery, treatment goals, progress notes, etc. Document services according to ethical standards/Joint Commission/ DHCS/ and insurance and complete all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and DHCS standards is highly appreciated.
  • Supervision experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Psychology/Social Work or PSyD/PhD.

  • Licensure required.
  • Certification or training in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, Somatic Experiencing is a plus.
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and communicate effectively.
  • Computer literate; able to use computerized database system for client file management.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends should there be a necessity.
  • Previous experience working in the recovery field is a plus.
  • Must have experience running groups.
  • Experience with KIPU is a plus

Job Types: Part-time to full time.
