Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Progam Supervisor for our Hope Haven program. Hope Haven is a residential community-based transitional living facility for individuals with mental health concerns which focuses on building skills for symptom management, building skills of daily living and improving quality of life by utilizing the psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery models. Staff work closely with the clients both in a 1:1 setting as well as in group settings to assist with and advance skill development as well as providing supportive services and monitoring to residents in the program. Hope Haven has 8 beds within the facility which is staffed 24/7/365 as well as 7 apartments in the building that clients often transfer into upon successful completion of the residential program.

The duties of this position would include:

*Oversight of the Hope Haven program to include oversight of client care, staffing and overall day to day facility management

*Collaboration with the local human service center in development of the treatment plans and oversight of the implementation of treatment plans within the facility

*Providing daily assessment and communication of client’s progress to case management

*Provide crisis intervention and coordination of transfers in levels of care when needed

*Provide oversight and training per agency requirements to all paraprofessional (to include hiring, training, scheduling, disciplinary action, performance evaluations and any other oversight deemed necessary)

*Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with outside providers regarding clients care and services

A strong candidate for this position will be both client and staff focused, be familiar with different means to promote change within clients, be familiar with de-escalation and crisis intervention, understand how to motivate people when necessary, and will know how to foster and maintain a culture of teamwork and positivity within staff.

Work hours are typically M-F 7:30a-3:30p but applicants do need to have the flexibility to cover other hours if situations arise within the facility as well as participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours consultation and support as required on a rotating basis.

Interested applicants must:

*Possess a 4 year degree in the field of human services (Psychology, Social work, Counseling, etc)

*Have at least 2 years experience working in a professional role in the field of mental health

*Have at least 1 year experience working in a supervision role

*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,880.00 – $56,160.00 per year
