Job Overview

Licensed Program Supervisor – Residential

Full-time – Exempt – Great Falls

Duties: Clinical supervision and oversight of programs and services for Group Homes, Day Treatment, Adult Foster Care, and treatment teams. Conducts and supervises the treatment plan, and provides clinical treatment to the member as medically necessary. Half of the Full Time Expectations will be duties as the therapist to clients in Group Home and the remaining half of Full Time Expectations will be program supervision. Knowledge of each member in the house and will have contact with each member a minimum of once per week. Oversees the quality of the program and services to include participate in audits by the state. Implement program needs and development in alignment with the Administrative Rules of Montana and Addictive and Mental Disorders Division (AMDD) of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. Acts as liaison in the community and the Center for meetings and public relations duties. Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with families, referral agencies and other community resources through appropriate organizational, written and verbal skills. Compliance of Group Homes, Day Treatment and Adult Foster Care. Works with Operations. Manager to conducts employee evaluations, interviewing, hiring, terminations, administer performance improvement plans as needed. Develop training opportunities for employee development with direct care employees and unlicensed therapists. Provides consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public as assigned. May perform emergency services both during and after normal work hours

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from a college or university with a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and Montana licensure as a LCSW or LCPC is required. Two years’ experience in psychiatry services post licensure. Travel is required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
