FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Integrated Autism Therapies (IAT) is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team. If you are not a certified RBT, IAT will provide and pay for your training to become a certified RBT.

WHAT IS AN RBT

Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals under the autism spectrum. As an RBT, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement their treatment plans and create the most impactful changes for each individual client. The goal of ABA therapy is to enable these individuals to build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. Therapy settings can include in-clinic, in-home, in the community, and in some schools. At IAT you will have a unique opportunity to interact with a variety of specialties, such as occupational therapy and speech pathology.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Energetic, compassionate, and enjoys working with kids and young adults

· Dependability and consistency are a must

· Teamwork and excellent communication skills

· Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification preferred

o Willing to train good RBT candidates that would be a good fit for our team

· Have a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree

· Have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance

· Must pass be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour
