Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Arizona Autism is the state’s most trusted pediatric therapy agency that provides a full spectrum of care for special needs families. We service 3000+ clients statewide every week. This position allows an employee to provide direct care with clients teaching them skills based on ABA therapy principles. We provide complete training to all candidates to ensure success is acheived.

We are looking for candidates in the Gilbert and N. Phoenix area.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) partner with a BCBA to assist with implementing client programs for reducing behaviors in children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement all Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by BCBA supervisor.
• Complete daily session notes.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• RBT credential a plus (not required at time of employment).
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (not required at time of employment)
• Current CPR certification (not required at time of employment).
• 3 professional references required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
