We are now hiring for 2 full-time positions to work on Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement BCBA treatment plans by working 1:1 with children aged two to seven to decrease maladaptive behavior and increase desired behavior
  • Collect data and document progress to determine treatment plan effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other center-based therapists and staff
  • Receive supervision and feedback from center-based BCBAs and implement new or modified interventions as indicated by the BCBAs
  • Arrive at scheduled sessions on time and with all necessary materials needed for work
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding patients’ and families’ personal information
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
  • Perform all physical requirements of this position which can include walking, running, bending over, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Other reasonable duties may be assigned
Requirements:
  • High energy and fun personality
  • At least one years’ experience working with children
  • Pass criminal background check
  • CPR or BLS Certified
  • RBT certified or completion of the 40 hour RBT training coursework
  • Some college coursework is preferred but not required

COVID-19 Considerations:
  • Therapists are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 due to federal guidelines or may submit a medical or religious exemption

  • Increased cleaning measures are in place.
