Job Overview

The Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN) is seeking experienced mental health nurses to support participants in its program as Case Managers. Our program is growing and we’re adding case managers to help us support Texas nurses.

Job Description

Case Manager responsibilities include:

· Providing guidance to participants regarding program requirements

· Providing case management and monitoring services to participants

· Collaborating with volunteer peer support partners – nurse volunteers who help participants meet their goals

· Serving as a resource person and consultant on substance use and mental health conditions in nurses

· Collaborating with other Case Managers and TPAPN team members in order to provide excellent service to participants
