Job Overview

The Children’s Recovery Center (CRC) is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join their team! This position will be responsible for working as part of a treatment team to provide case management for adolescent consumers and their families. CRC also works collaboratively with other state agencies and community partners to provide the best case management and care possible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate: Along with the treatment team, design aftercare plans for consumers who are being released from treatment soon.
  • Assessing consumer needs: Establish diagnostic procedures to assemble a profile of the consumer and identify mental health condition needs.
  • Manage: Carry a caseload and complete require paperwork according to state and federal regulations.
  • Connect: Assist the consumer and their family to access activities, supports and services identify in the treatment plan.
  • Coordinate: Staff and assist with cases with supervisor, team members, providers, courts and attorneys as needed.
  • Treatment Planning: Facilitate and participate in treatment plan development and review activities for the adolescent consumers we serve.
  • Refer: Maintain a good working knowledge of community resources in order to communicate resources to those we serve.

  • Salary:
    • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $46,000.00 ($22.12/hr) plus benefits!
    • Behavioral Health Case Manager: $41,000.00 ($19.71/hr) plus benefits!
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt
  • Number of Vacancies: 1

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
  • Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within the first 6 months of employment.

Special requirements:

  • Willing to fulfill any job related travel
  • Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.

About the Facility: Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17.
