Job Overview

Keystone Human Services is the parent organization of six nonprofit subsidiary companies. Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage assigned MH services, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
  • Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
  • Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values and strategic plan

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years of progressive experience in supervision, administration, and management of programs supporting people recovering from mental illness
  • Broad knowledge of the mental health field in areas such as licensing regulations, business administration and personnel management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
