Duties Include:
Assessment/Evaluation
Individual, Group and Family Counseling
Work with patients to establish treatment goals
Linkage and Referral
Implementing evidenced based practices
Locations:
Opportunities throughout Western, New York in Erie and Niagara Counties.
Hours:
Full time (35 or 40 hour work week)
Hybrid work schedule (Telepractice and In office) available

Education:
Associates Degree with specialization in Substance Use Disorder Counseling
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or related field
