Essential Functions
- Provides individual psychotherapy and/or case management sessions on an as-needed basis.
- Provides group psychotherapy and other psycho-educational groups on an as-needed basis.
- Conducts family therapy sessions as needed.
- Conducts community education activities (individual and community) as directed.
Qualifications
- Requires Master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Two to five years of experience as a Social Worker in the mental health field is preferred.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Requires state LMSW or LPC licensure.
- BLS certification is required upon hire.
- De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
