Your Specific Duties Will Include
- Conducting and documenting daily group therapy sessions
- Completing psychosocial assessments; participating in treatment planning and team meeting
- Facilitating family and Individual therapy
- Implementing and reviewing treatment
- Discharge Planning
- Interdisciplinary Team Meetings
- Documentation within 24 hours
- Light Case Management

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee may also be required to sit for extended periods. Up to 20% overnight travel may be required. - Master’s (Required), independently clinically licensed. LCSW or LMHC
- 2+ years’ experience
- Dual Diagnosis experience preferred
- Strong behavioral therapy and assessment skills preferred
- Expertise in the needs of addicted patient populations
- Experience in performing brief short-term therapy (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy or solution focused therapy)
- Expertise in behavioral health diagnostic assessment, addiction counseling, dual-diagnosis, individual and group therapy, discharge planning, and community resources, possess strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills.
