Job Overview

About All Well-Being Services:

  • All Well-Being Services (AWBS) is a non-profit, CARF accredited and HRSA approved employer with locations in Detroit, Westland, Grosse Pointe, and Clinton Township.
  • AWBS has provided blanketed integrated health services for more than 65 years
  • AWBS uses a patient-centered approach to identify, support, and promote the overall health of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking full-time Supports Coordinators to coordinate client-focused treatment and linking of services for our intellectual/developmental disability (IDD) clients.

This is a community-based position. Our Team Members will have the opportunity to work within the community and will also be expected to be in the office at times as needed.

Education:

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Must qualify to be credentialed as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Required:
  • Valid and unrestricted Michigan driver’s license
  • Limited License Bachelor of Social Work (LLBSW)
  • Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW)
  • Limited License Master of Social Work (LLMSW)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
