Reporting to the Head of Employee Health & Performance, the Wellbeing Program Manager will own the creation and execution of all wellbeing programs for our team members at Spring Health to achieve our goal of becoming the most mentally healthy and high performing workplace in the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee and coordinate programming for our employees on all areas of wellbeing, including financial, social, physical, mental, and existential wellbeing.
  • Create and lead an employee committee that will help give continuous feedback about wellbeing and programming, as well as be a knowledgeable ambassador group on wellbeing to team members at Spring Health.
  • Partner with the Benefits Team to create a bridge between internal wellbeing programs and the benefits offered with external partners to increase utilization and awareness.
  • Work with our DEI team to create wellbeing programs alongside our ERGs that recognize and celebrate diversity and inclusion.
  • Create opportunities for Spring Health and its team members to give back to local communities through volunteering and service, as well as financial donations.
  • Review, analyze, and report on data points to measure the effectiveness of our wellbeing program.

What we expect from you:

  • 5-7 years of education or experience in public health, healthcare, health promotion, or wellness
  • Excellent relationship building skills for heavy cross-functional work
  • Well organized and attentive to all angles of program planning
  • Experience conducting program analysis and evaluation
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Authentic passion for creating the most mentally healthy and high performing workplace in the world
