MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Public Administration,
Criminal Justice, Social Services, Behavioral Science, or a related
field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in
excess of the required four years may be substituted for thirty
semester hours from an accredited college or university on a
year-for-year basis.

2. Four years full-time, wage-earning operational support, technical
program support, case management, criminal justice, or mental health
services experience.

3. Human services experience preferred.

4. Experience in the supervision of employees preferred.

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,293.41.**

The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally
applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the
summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.
00, 13, 25, 29, 34, 35, 37, 59, 65, 67, 70, 71, OAR14, 89, 02, 03, 08,
18, 26, 59, 63, 72, 73, 06, SDI, RI, 16, 41

**This position is a temporary position grant-funded through
09/30/2024. Continued employment is contingent upon adequate
funding and the need for the position as determined by the agency.**
