Rose City Therapists is seeking licensed therapists to work with our rapidly expanding client roster. Based in Portland, we are committed to providing professional and compassionate support to our clients, while supporting the life well-being of counselors. If you are a qualified, caring professional interested in a work relationship which will allow you to establish your preferred life schedule, and keep your primary focus on the real work of counseling, this may be a good opportunity for you.
Counselors will work as independent contractors. Masters level clinicians can generally expect compensation of $85 per client-session hour. Clinicians with doctoral degrees are compensated at a higher hourly rate.
Sessions can be at your discretion, either in-person or via video/tele-therapy, based upon a balance of your preferences, pandemic safety, and client needs.
Our practice is located in a historic mansion in SW Portland, near the base of the OHSU campus.
