Job Overview

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in a Human Services field; three years of relevant experience in a community mental health setting; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Licensure is preferred. Applicants must have well-developed assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to document in an electronic health record; possess good working knowledge of mental health services and resources; and ability to work well on a team that serves a diverse consumer population. Bilingual skills preferred. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.

Duties

Chesterfield Mental Health Support Services is seeking a skilled mental health clinician who is flexible, well-organized, and who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. You will join a dedicated team of licensed clinicians who complete initial comprehensive assessments for consumers of varied ages, and who present to our agency seeking mental health, substance use disorder, or case management services. This Same Day Access team has been highly successful in providing immediate access to services within our agency as well as linking persons to resources in the community.
