CCS is looking for a full time, motivated individual to help bring security and safety to our community members in Pendleton, Oregon. Home to the famous Pendleton Round Up, Pendleton is the ideal location for someone who enjoys the outdoors and a quieter pace of life.

Crisis workers showcase their competencies in short-term care by establishing goals for clients and aids in achieving them after a crisis. This is the first step to stabilize high risk events and is important to bring peace of mind to customers and the community. Our team of crisis workers highlight necessary services, provide information to interest groups, screen referrals and use organizational skills to complete clinical records and also work collaboratively with law enforcement and other community partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must possess a master’s degree from an accredited college in psychology, social work or another human service-related field with an increased wage for those possessing an LPC, LCSW, or PhD.
  • The ability to pass as criminal background check, possess a valid driver’s license and agency approved auto insurance coverage.
Wages for this exciting position range from $51,900 to $77,800 for master’s level and $56,900 to $85,900 for licensed clinicians, EOEE.

CCS has a benefit package including, but not limited to, health, dental and vision insurance, 401K match, potential for tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, relocation expenses and paid licensure supervision.
