Job Overview
Office and Program Manager for Mental Health Clinic, assisting Clinical Director and Medical Director to manage non-clinical staff and administratively manage clinical staff. The Clinic has 8-12 clinical psychotherapists and psychiatric providers taking care of a community based population seeking mental health care. Skills needed are scheduling, assistance with policy development, addressing patient complaints, appointments, supervising office staff to work in a coordinated fashion to have clinic run smoothly. Knowledge of regulations and licensure would be helpful. Directly report and supervised by Clinical Director/Owner of clinic. Salary contingent on experience and skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Mostly remote clinical care is being provided and anyone coming into the office is screened for temperature and required to wear masks.
