Job Overview
The Women’s Center, a non-profit counseling center, with over 45 years of providing counseling, educational programs, and information and referral services in Northern Virginia and Washington DC, seeks Full-time Pre-Licensed Therapists for our Vienna, VA office.
Population to be treated includes all ages and clinical work revolves around conducting assessments and providing individual, couples, and family counseling.
Essential Duties:
- Provide psychotherapy services to Center clients in accordance with the law, regulations, and professional ethical standards applicable.
- Maintain Center progress notes on each psychotherapy session, including reported data, observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
- Routinely evaluate client progress toward attaining objectives and goals and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
- Ensure that all clinical files are protected and properly stored according to Center standards.
