- Provide on-site support and coordination for partners, including but not limited to neighborhood residents, university faculty, student interns, community organizations, volunteers, youth participants, and UNP staff.
- Work with the Hartland Resident Committee and act as a liaison among between community leaders, UNP staff, and other partners.
- Oversee scheduling and building use to support in a safe, appropriate, and community-friendly manner.
- Staff the Center’s front office and phone as a welcoming first point of contact for people entering the building.
- Ensure visitor safety, notify management on maintenance and repair issues, and compliance with environmental, safety and health procedures relating to facility operations.
- Maintain records, calendars, and data for the Center.
- Maintain security access and report cleaning problems.
- Support coordination and planning for signature events, such as the Hartland Spring Festival.
- Manage the Center budget and purchase food, supplies, and services as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year directly related experience or equivalency required (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
