Heart and Solutions is looking for an outpatient Mental Health Counselor to join our team in our Mason City, Iowa office.

This position is a 40-hour per week (fulltime) position. Counselors will have opportunities to work with a variety of clinical populations (children, adolescents, families, and adults) and build a caseload of their own. Counselors have flexibility with their hours and are able to do their own scheduling. Counselors are supported by an administrative and billing team as well as clinical and administrative supervisors.
Clinical supervision is available for temporarily licensed providers.
Heart and Solutions is a strength-based counseling agency specializing in working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. To apply for this position, applicants must hold licensure for one of the following in the state of Iowa: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (t-LMFT) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). or LMSW.
