Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Master Level Counselor to work in a residential addiction facility. The successful candidate will plan, oversee, facilitate, and document their patient’s recovery as well as provide high-quality professional care.
What You Will Do
- Complete psychosocial assessments and prepare individual treatment plans for each assigned patient
- Conduct individual counseling and therapeutic group sessions
- Provide general supervision and rule enforcement
- Documentation regarding patient care
- Plan for aftercare for assigned patient
What You Will Need
- Master’s Degree in Psychology/Social Work or Closely Related Field from an Accredited College or University
- Previous Experience in Counseling Field
- Knowledge of Substance Abuse Disorders (PREFERRED)
