Job Description

Full-time/part-time licensed clinical therapist to provide individual and group therapy to serve communities of color. Dual certification in AODA and mental health therapist is strongly recommended. Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatment. We currently work with CCS, Freedom Inc., Private Pay clients, and soon to be serving clients with Private Insurance. Flexible, autonomous, work schedule and hours (approximately 20-40 hours/week).

Pay: $27.50-$40 per hour, based on license and experience

Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensed clinical therapist with an active license in the state of Wisconsin (including training license).

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Fully licensed (active with DSPS) in WI.
  • Person of color.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience working directly with clients.
  • Current Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) certification.
  • Bilingual.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience conducting virtual sessions (Zoom, doxy, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $27.50 – $40.00 per hour
