Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field. Must possess a license from the State of Utah Division of Professional Licensing Board that allows for the independent practice of Clinical Services. Acceptable licenses are: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, with LCSW, CMHC, and LMFT preferred. Provisional licenses are acceptable for up to three (3) years as long as provisional license is current. Must maintain a professional license and stay current (not revoked, suspended, or lapsed in registration), valid and unrestricted. Provisionally licensed clinicians are also welcome to apply; we do provide supervision.

Duties: Provide competent, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic services to all clients. This person must be clinically sound in working with individuals, couples, and families.

The specific duties will include:

– Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy sessions using a variety of therapy modalities as indicated for identified issues.

– Provide clinical assessments, treatment plans, case management, consultation, referral and education according to the individual’s professional discipline. Services shall be provided in accordance with the established Utah Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards as well as within the scope of practice of the individual.

– Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families.

– Evaluate the individual and family systems as well as assess client’s functioning within work, family and routines of daily living and identifies areas needing continued support, resources and treatment in order to assist clients.

– Maintain case records to reflect course of treatment and provide required
documentation. Provide follow-up and aftercare planning services as needed.
Expeditiously discharge inactive clients.

– Collaboration as part of a clinical team.

– Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, case consultation, and other activities which ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations.

– Develop, implement, and maintain professional relationships with other community providers.

Part to Full time position

Three quarter to Full-Time

Salary available

Leadership track option becomes available after probationary period

Pay: $48.00 – $60.00 per hour
