PCIT Therapist – Part Time

Job Overview

The Role

We are looking for Part Time Certified PCIT Therapist who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children and families in need. We are looking for someone who is excited to work at an early stage startup and impact the way we provide exceptional pediatric virtual mental healthcare.

About Wonderwork

At Wonderwork we are reimaging ADHD Care.

Globally 129 million children have ADHD and that number is expected to continue to grow. The average cost of a child with ADHD is upwards of $14,000 and effective treatments are not all readily accessible. Behaviour therapy is considered a gold standard in ADHD treatment and the suggested first line of treatment before medication. Yet less than 30% of the children suffering from ADHD receive behaviour therapy and over 60% are prescribed medication. Knowing that Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is the gold standard among behaviour therapies covered by Medicaid and most private insurance companies, our vision and mission at Wonderwork is to bring PCIT to the forefront of global ADHD care by utilizing technology to connect families with evidence-based care at home.

We are backed by PCIT experts and are the first product of its kind that is enhancing the PCIT treatment protocol.

Our goal is to break down existing barriers to high-quality services and empower parents to help their kids when they need it the most.
