Job Description:
School Psychology Supervisor needed for Cleveland, Ohio in the Downtown Cleveland Area. For The 2022-2023 School Year.

Responsibilities Include Supervising The Psychology Assistant With The Following……..
- Conducts psycho-educational evaluations of students identified as or suspected of having learning or behavioral disabilities, utilizing appropriate diagnostic instruments
- Contributes to the Evaluation Team Report (ETR), following both ODE requirements and best practice principles with regard to: selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting appropriate testing instruments, both normative and non-normative; interpreting and reporting all required data to determine Special Education eligibility; completing professionally-sound reports with regard to both interpretation and writing style; and offering a draft ETR to the Team prior to the ETR/IEP Team meeting
- Acts as Chairperson for all team meetings related to the ETR
- Submits Medicaid documentation monthly for all eligible cases
- Conduct individual or group counseling
- To serve as a part of the schools multidisciplinary team.
- Assists with evaluations, as needed, to determine student eligibility To provide the school and parents with progress reports
- Ensure that all procedures are in compliance with state, federal and local requirements

Requirements:
- Must have a Degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology
- Must have experience working in a school based setting.
- ODE License preferred
- Must possess knowledge of Ohio Operating Standards, Ohio Administrative Code and Ohio Operating Standards Serving Students with Disabilities regarding programs and pupils.
- Must have a working knowledge of modern office technology, equipment and procedures.
- Must have experience in compliance monitoring of state and federal regulations regarding special education, including facilitating IEP meetings, required.
- A valid OHIO driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check through the FBI and BCI
