Therapist Recruiter & Coordinator (Remote, United States)

Gaggle is an established, profitable company, growing over 20% in revenue each year. We are almost 150 people not run by VC’s or Private Equity. We are on a mission, and we need your help. The work is unequivocally worthwhile – we’ve saved over 1,400 student lives in the last school year.

Gaggle is looking for a Therapist Recruiter & Coordinator as a part of our Therapy team. The Therapy team is dedicated to helping districts quickly enroll their students into tele-therapy, providing therapists to all students and staff who are referred to our service and tracking and supporting the use of this valuable service.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting licensed therapy contractors
  • Interview and screen applicants
  • Hire therapists based on sales pipeline of therapy business
  • Identify ways to improve the recruiting and hiring process
  • Track and manage recruiting budget
  • Minimize recruiting costs while maximizing profitability
  • Work closely with the Therapist Manager on the contractor’s onboarding process

Additional Information

  • This position reports to the Director of Gaggle Therapy
  • This is a work-from-home position; a reliable high-speed connection and a comfortable, private dedicated work area will be essential for this role’s success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
