Job Description: This position oversees all licensed OMH outpatient clinical mental health sites and staff ensuring services are delivered effectively, with compassion, while also meeting billable time standards. The Clinical Director will ensure we employ a highly trained, trauma-informed clinical staff engaged in professional learning and the provision of person-centered, outcome-driven clinical services.

Requirements: Applicants will have obtained a Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or an equivalent profession. At least 7 years of progressive clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience. Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting or other mental health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all OMH clinical sites and ensures they operate in accordance with all OMH regulations, HIPAA and Privacy Laws, and Medicaid (and all payor) Compliance requirements
  • Assures the provision of high-quality mental health care by providing oversight of various masters prepared clinicians, psychiatrists, prescribers, nurses, and other program staff
  • Is active participant in the agency Leadership team
  • Identifies and regularly monitors appropriate clinical quality outcome metrics as well as other county or state required outcome metrics, pursuit of continuous quality improvement opportunities
  • Facilitates Special Incident Review Committee, tracking trends and making recommendations for staff training
  • Oversees Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) coordination
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and/or the pursuit of available funding for new or existing programming
  • Supports a culture that prioritizes professionalism, kindness, teamwork, staff development, and compassion to ourselves, each other, and our clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
