Your BCBA Role Oversee home-based ABA therapy, designing personalized treatment plans and monitoring effectiveness. Engage closely with families, providing support and education. Your behavior analysis expertise in autism, combined with leadership skills, will be crucial in guiding your team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2 Years Experience in ABA program development & RBT Supervision
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
