Position info:
The Manager is responsible for the support, training and coordination of activities of the residential personnel and management of daily operations and services, to serve people with developmental disabilities. This position will identify and monitor program needs, create, plan, and implement training programs, processes, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs in their designated location sites. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.

Status: Full Time – 40 Hours
Location: Salem
Work schedule: Monday-Friday (some weekends)
Shift: Will Vary
Starting wage: $3992.50/mo.
Reports to: Housing Services Regional Manager

Knowledge: Two (2) years’ work experience in a position that included supervisory and training responsibilities. Preference to candidates with five (5) years’ education in human services field. Must have current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
