Job Overview

Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Concord, NH area to hire an experienced Social Worker for the remainder of the 2021/2022 school year. We are currently looking to screen and set up interviews for qualified candidates immediately.

Details:

  • Full-time hours
  • Caseload: PreK-8th
  • Will support families and students in crisis, finding resources
  • Will work with both General Education and Special Education students

Requirements:

  • Must have active NH Social Worker credentials
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
