 As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for managing and keeping accurate records for the facility. You will be responsible for all front desk/reception general administrative duties, including greeting visitors, vendors, and outside guests. Behavioral Health Support Specialist 

You will be a part of the health care team to assist with the health care of patients. You will provide administrative and clerical support for the behavioral health nursing unit, including escorting visitors, communicating relevant information between units, and assisting with patients’ belongings. Plus, managing legal status documentation, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Training Administrator (ABA)

As the training administrator, you will serve as the point of contact for hiring, onboarding, new hire training, and staff certifications. You will support human resources, recruiting, client services, and operations and compliance. Along with creating and managing employee Relias accounts and modules, running regular audits, and being the point person for all RBT and ABAT credential data.

Front Desk Receptionist 

The front desk receptionist is responsible for supporting SURE (Substance Use Respite & Engagement) program data. You will also review insurance information for patients and front-line customer service for patients and community partners. You will maintain data collection logs, compile the program manager’s data, and answer all incoming communication, including email, phone, and on-site patient requests.
