(PCS) is seeking compassionate, patient, and caring Day Program Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities at our Newbury Park location. As a Day Program Associate, you will play a vital role in providing a positive and engaging experience for our participants.

Our Innovative Day Program:

At our E3 Wellness Center, we take a unique approach to addressing behavioral challenges by focusing on health and wellness. Our curriculum includes:

• Health education
• Healthy eating habits
• Low-to-high intensity exercise classes taught by certified personal trainers
• Yoga classes with certified instructors
• Community outings using company vans and public transportation
• Cooking classes emphasizing nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Personalized curriculum tailored to individual goals, including academics, socialization, focus groups, and more

Personal Trainer Certification Opportunity:

We will pay for your certification as a personal trainer if you’re interested in pursuing this rewarding career path!

Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (training provided if not already certified)
• Valid Driver’s License

Legal

• Criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
