People Creating Success is looking for compassionate, patient, and caring Direct Support Professional/Personal Attendants to join us in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We offer a variety of shifts and are especially interested in candidates who are available on weekends.

What You’ll Do:
Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:
- Following individual program plans and working towards their goals
- Completing documentation at the end of each shift
- Assisting with daily living activities, including:
- Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties
- Participating in community events and activities
- Supporting healthy food choices and budget management
- Helping with hobbies, studies, and social activities
- Providing hygiene and bathing assistance if needed
- Lifting and transferring individuals if applicable
- Assisting with medication management if applicable
- Communicating with staff and program managers about individuals’ progress
- Maintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanor

Requirements for Employment:
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
- Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
Legal
- Criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Clear driving record
- Clear drug screening
