The Cope Clinic, PLLC is a virtual group counseling practice based out of Houston, Texas.
Our mission is to provide quality care to our clients while continuing to exceed the standards in counseling services.
We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselor Associates that desire to gain experience in the private practice sector and continued guidance and mentorship in their professional development while having liberty with their schedules and caseloads.
As a Counseling Associate, you will help to support and undergird the mission of The Cope Clinic to render quality professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families that are seeking practical help to overcome the struggles they’re currently facing.
There will be opportunities for the Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to create and conduct virtual groups, to initiate Behavior Modification Programs, conduct webinars, virtual workshops and online courses.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has Performed Well on the National Counselor Exam (NCE)
- Has Experience Providing Counseling to Clients From Various Walks of Life.
- Is Equipped with Effective Counseling Skills (i.e. Intake, Assessment, Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, and etc.)
- Has a Strong Desire to Continue in Their Professional Development
- Is Personable with a Positive and Friendly Attitude
- Is Looking Forward to Joining, Contributing, and Collaborating With a Growing Group Practice
- Is Flexible and Has the Ability to Flow and Quickly Adjust to Changes.
- Is Passionate About Rendering Quality Professional Counseling Services
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
